Do you enjoy building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying any shortfalls and delivering positive outcomes?

Joining as a Desk Based Adviser you will provide ongoing service reviews to existing clients

You will be supporting clients with annual reviews and the new business will be passed to fully fledged and experienced IFAs in the field

Your role will be looking after orphan clients and supporting field based advisers with their clients

Does this describe you?

  • Self-motivated, efficient, thorough and forward thinking
  • Professional and articulate, with a positive attitude and an ability to multi-task
  • Excellent IT skills and confident with digital methods of client communication
  • Customer focused, with analytical thinking and highly developed client centric interpersonal skills
  • Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, QCA Level 4 (or FCA approved equivalent)

Your role:

  • Conducting in-depth annual reviews of clients’ financial circumstances with the aim of maintaining client satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.  Liaising with the team to ensure new business is referred and duly followed up
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and quality of all client files and that relevant paperwork and service opportunities are up to date
  • Analysing existing client information and conducting any research required
  • Ensuring a high-quality service, so that client needs are regularly reviewed and met
  • Developing and maintaining excellent client relationships that support the overall company ethos, and operating seamlessly as an integral part of the team
  • Enjoying building and maintaining business relationships with professional connections
